At NE1 Vapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The product is in a resalable condition
You have proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
E-liquids (if opened or tampered with)
Coils, pods, or tanks (if used or opened)
Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:

Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
A description of the issue
Photos showing the damage or fault
Your order number
We will either send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the issue. Return postage costs will be covered by us in these cases.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
6. Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ne1vapes.co.uk.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard returns process once it arrives.
